Civil Rights & Bullying Compliance Report

The Tennessee Department of Education publishes an annual Civil Rights and Bullying Compliance Report, which collects Title VI, Title IX and bullying/harassment compliance information from every public school district in the state.

Each public school district must submit the report annually by Aug. 1.
