Board Members
The Cheatham County School District operates under the direction of a six-member School Board and a Director of Schools. School Board members are elected by popular vote in county elections. They serve staggered, four-year terms. The Director of Schools is appointed by the School Board members.
School Board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. (except January). The School Board also holds a workshop on the Thursday before the monthly meeting. The workshop begins at 6 p.m.
