The 2020 Census is here, and the Cheatham County School District needs every family in our district to participate.
Our community and schools depend on it.
Specifically, the census count affects services that impact our students and families, such as:
• Special education, after-school programs and classroom technology
• Food assistance, including free and reduced-price school lunches
• Child health and maternal health programs
Our families should have received a census form in the mail.
The form is short and can be filled out online, over the phone or with a paper form.
All information is protected and no law enforcement agency (local, state or federal) can access census data for any reason.
