The Cheatham County School District’s Information Technology Department has set up a dedicated email address for parents and students to use for any virtual learning technology issues.
The email address is [email protected] (that is IT underscore Help).
We also want to share our IT shop number. Someone will be available during normal school hours for assistance. The shop number is 615-746-5454.
Staff members will need to continue to enter IT tickets internally through their tech point of contact at their school.
