Due to the potential of severe weather this afternoon, the Cheatham County School District will close at 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for possible tornadoes and wind gusts of up to 45 mph. As a result, this could create difficult travel conditions for student transportation.
There will be no after-school activities. The Cheatham Achievers program will not meet.
Athletic contests sanctioned by TSSAA will be played at the discretion of the District Tournament director.
Our daycares will close at 5 p.m.
