Ranya Moreland, valedictorian
Ranya Moreland is the valedictorian of the Sycamore High School Class of 2022.
During her time at SHS, she has had the privilege of serving as senior class president, vice president of HOSA and treasurer of the National Honor Society. She has also been a member of Mu Alpha Theta, Science National Honor Society and Spanish Club
Her favorite high school memory is when the senior class won the spirit stick during the Homecoming pep rally.
Moreland has been accepted into the Grand Cook Honors Challenge at the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
Keegan Bilodeau, salutatorian
Keegan Bilodeau is the salutatorian of the Sycamore High School Class of 2022.
Throughout his high school career, he was a part of the Tri-M Musical Honor Society, National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Technology Student Association, Key Club, Youth Leadership Cheatham County, French Club, Student Council and the War Eagle band program.
Bilodeau was a two-time winner in coding and second place winner in video game design at the TSA state competition.
His favorite high school memory is his freshman year of band and the competitions. The competitions were extremely fun and the friends he made along the way will forever be with him.
Bilodeau’s future plans include getting a master’s degree in computer science and either pursuing a job in the field or going for a doctorate and teaching at the college level.
