SHS students qualify for state TSA competition

Sycamore High School had a strong showing at the recent Technology Student Association (TSA) regional competition.

• Children’s Stories, Second Place: Savannah Williams, Hannah Caulfield, Chole Drebenstedt

• Digital Video Production, Second Place: Chole Drebenstedt, Ethan Buyukolmez, Hannah Caulfield

• Engineering Design, Second Place: Shayne Allen, Brody Goodman, McKenna Jones, Emily Williams

• Engineering Design, Third Place: Mitchell Randa, Brendan Saylor, Josh Novotny

• Forensic Science, Third Place: Noah Stroecker, Tre Follis

• Future Technology & Engineering Teacher, Second Place: Ethan Buyukolmez

• Future Technology & Engineering Teacher, Third Place: Madelyn Seward

These students will participate in the state TSA competition March 29-April 1 in Chattanooga. Teachers Johnny Staggs and Levi Cooper are the sponsors of the SHS TSA.
