ACESA welcomes new academic specialist

The Cheatham County School District has named Nicole Klingmann as the academic specialist at Ashland City Elementary STEM Academy.

Klingmann has worked in the education field for 12 years and has taught kindergarten at ACESA for the past 11 years.

A 2004 graduate of Cheatham County Central High School, Klingmann earned her bachelor’s degree in health and human performance at Austin Peay State University and a master’s degree in K-6 elementary education from Trevecca Nazarene University. She is currently working on her education specialist degree in accountability and instructional leadership (Ed.S.) from Trevecca Nazarene University.

Through the years, Klingmann has served in many roles in the district, including coaching the CCCHS softball and soccer teams and serving as a summer school administrator.

“I am excited and looking forward to this opportunity to serve ACESA in a new capacity. Being a Cheatham County native and a former student of this school system, I am proud to be a part of our school community. Our staff and students are among the best and I'm committed to helping our school continue to grow and be successful,” she said.

Outside of work, Klingmann enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Nashville Predators and serving the community.
