Cheatham County School District Director of Schools Dr. Cathy Beck received high marks in a performance evaluation from the Cheatham County School Board.
Beck exceeded or met expectations in each of six performance categories.
She was evaluated on key competencies that include School Board relations, community relationships, staff and personnel relationships, job performance, student achievement and ethics.
She received an overall score of 4.3 on a 5.0 scale.
Beck has served as the Director of Schools since July 2017.
